ArcGIS Server Map Viewing Tool for Shortgrass Steppe LTER

This site provides a viewing tool for GIS maps related to Shortgrass Steppe LTER research.  It uses ESRI's ArcGIS Server technology. There are 2 maps currently available for viewing:

CPER GIS Map This map displays all public layers available for the Central Plains Experimental Range (CPER) in Weld County, Colorado.

PNG GIS Map This map displays all public layers available for the Pawnee National Grassland (PNG) in Weld County, Colorado.

Layers can be turned on and off by using the check box next to it. Advanced users with ArcMap software can add either of the above sets of layers to their own maps by adding the following ArcGIS Server site within the ArcMap “Add Data” dialogue: http://sgslterdata.colostate.edu/arcgis/services (Note that this site will not work within a browser.)
